On Thursday night, I headed down to the Eaton Centre to meet up with some friends for a singalong with Choir!Choir!Choir!, more affectionately known as C!C!C! in Toronto. I knew they were popular and the tree was being ‘unveiled’ – apparently the tallest tree in Toronto, but I had NO idea the throngs that would be there. This is what happens when you live your life in a bubble ie; in your own neighbourhood, where the pace of life stands still in comparison. Despite the near-hyperventilation from the crowds, it was quite the spectacle; the tree and mobs alike. Something you only see in the ‘big smoke’.
