Happy New Year!

After spending my new year in the warmth of a yoga studio with 46 other people, this morning’s journey to the beach for pooch’s morning sojourn was, while freezing, the icing on the cake. I’ve posted photos from Ashbridges Bay before, but each time the wind, ice, snow and sun transform these amazing shoreline trees into magical wonderlands. I never get tired of looking at and photographing this winter wonderland. I hope you don’t either! A nice start to 2018. May yours be full of light, love, laughs and happiness.

Viva La Mexico! Xinalani Yoga Retreat

When I headed off with a friend to a hot yoga retreat in Cabo Corrientes, Mexico, organized by the studio I go to here in Toronto (Beaches Hot Yoga) I had no idea what a profound and amazing experience it would be. A truly life-changing and beautiful adventure. Lots of blood, sweat & tears and fantastic times/memories/new friends, amazing food, gorgeous weather and a beautiful locale. Expect the unexpected in life and enjoy every moment.
